BASIC SERVICE AGREEMENT (HOURLY)
$65 - $125.00 per hour
9am - 5pm Service Hours
Onsite Service Calls: $125 per hour. Minimum 1 hour
Remote Service Assistance: $65 per call
This service provides basic support such as hardware issues, software configuration and general
support on a per call basis. We will respond onsite within 1 business day upon receipt of the call.
ENHANCED SERVICE AGREEMENT
$350 per month
1 Year Contract
9am - 9pm Service Hours
Monthly. Maximum of 5 onsite service calls monthly.
Unlimited Phone and remote access support
Additional on-site calls will be charged at the basic rate of $125 per hour.
We will respond onsite within 8 hours upon receipt of the call
